go into app store go to my apps then go to vudu and select it and uninstall it

reboot the ipad and see if that works if not make sure you are on wifi and have a good signel

If many apps are running, you may get a "not enough Memory" error message. You can close down some currently running apps and you might be able to install more. Then again, maybe it doesn't have enough memory for more apps. Just a thought.

Rooting has nothing to do with the ps4 controller pairing with android device, so rooting won't change anything at all, there are apps that can be downloaded on the phone in apk format that can act as a ps4 controller just bare in mind that the phone doesn't contain the capacity to act as a ps4 controller fully so there will always be bugs and glitches
