fuel line is available by the foot from a mower shop
most fuel leaks involving lines and tanks can be traced to the rubber grommet at the lines to tank entry

I replaced the fuel lines on my Husqvarna 128LD and they are now leaking, is there a seal or a grommet of some sort to help seal it at the tank? I don't recall any when I pulled it apart.

Some fuel tanks will have a black rubber grommet that have holes for the fuel lines to go into, if your holes are in the tank itself, then no, there's no grommet. And if that's the case ,your lines are not the correct outer diameter. There are multiple sizes of fuel lines. In my shop I have multiple sizes, if you don't have that kinda stock, you're better off either ordering the ones of a parts drawing of your model or simply take your unit and old lines to the closest small engine shop and have them match em up, u actually can just bring the tank with ya.

Gas leak at grommet on gas tank where gas lines enter and leave tank

Yes you should be able to replace the rubber tank seal that the fuel line goes through. Be sure to replace the fuel line(s) when you do.

Also, make sure that the vent for the fuel tank is working. the vent is either on the fuel cap itself or thru a device commonly known as a duck bill valve, so named because of the shape of the valve. All the vent does is allow a slight amount of air to enter the tank while the trimmer is running.

2000 jaguar s type windshield wiper reservoir tank leaking how do you replace it

The tank is under the front wheel arch. The best way is to remove wheel and splash guards and you will be able to access the tank from the engine bay and the wheel arch. Check first that the leak is not from where the pipe connects to the screen wash pump or the grommet that holds the pump in place in the tank. these would seem more likely than a split tank. The pump justs twists out of the grommet - its tight but not impossible to remove and replace if the pump has a fault on its body or pipe cionnections.
Hope this helps. good luck.

My portable generator with plastic gas tanks fuel shut off valve is leaking at rubber grommet

Hopefully you can tighten it up. If it is a push through set up where the valve pushes through the grommet and that is all that seals it you will have to replace the grommet with a new one. Many small engine shops will have them or you may find one at an auto parts store. You will have to take the old one out and take it with you to match it up for size.

Gas leaking out where you fill the front tank

You probably have a defective fuel-tank selector valve. Its located on the left frame rail, halfway down. While the vehicle is running, tank"A" is pumping fuel to the engine, while tank "B" is getting the unneeded fuel that is returning from the engine. Thats why it is overflowing.
