My tablet was rooted and worked for awhile and now when it is started the following comes up "google play has stopped working" and "setup wizard" has stopped working. I press ok and they just keep popping up and I can't do anything, including get to the homepage. How do I fix this?

Firstly do not worry.
Your apps are safe as are your games if you downloaded them from google.
You need to do the following:
Make sure you have a note of your google account details including your login.
Make sure you have the details you need to access the internet, including account, email, login and any access info you need for the router or hub if you are using one.
Perform a hard reset on the device.
Log into the hub if required.
Log onto the internet.
Access your google account and go to 'My Apps'
Re download all your apps and games.
