Please flip through a few channels and double check your brightness and/or display settings. Please update your tv firmware and check that energy-saving mode is turned off.
THIS CAN BE SOLVED BY CHANGING THE MAIN POWER SUPPLY BOARD OF YOUR DVD PLAYERS. The main problem should be the Main Capacitor in the circuit. The safer side is to change the whole board.
