Pushing it back in place went it went out tells me that the problem is probably a poor solder connection. That arcing probably took out one of the fuses, but a fuse is NEVER the cause merely a symptom. I would begin by examining the black wire that feeds the +16v to the convergence IC's on the main board. The convergence circuit is the most thermal circuit in that unit. Next check for any jumpers and other component joints that appear to be ring cracked. Even the convergence amps themselves. Then check for open fuses after you've made a good inspection. Check for fuses: F850 & F851 5amp, F470 2amp, and F890 3.15amp and one of these are likely open. But if you replace them without correcting the problem that cause them to open it will simply happen again.. Good Luck Bill

This appears to be a duplicate post - - and I'm not sure which one you'll check for an answer so here goes: Pushing it back in place went it went out tells me that the problem is probably a poor solder connection. Are just regular fuses 5A/125V. You can replace them with anytype 5A fuses.
SOURCE: TV will not turn on. The fuse is blown. Need to
hello,
