Anyway, even if might have no visible damage but if it won't turn on it is damaged. So you should take it to some cell phone repair shop. No way!

Go into your browser tools or settings and clear your cookies. If you need help, google your browser name and the words 'clear cookies'.

try to reset date back a few days prior to last clean up, but back-up all important stuff on external harddrive first, just in case you might have to a clean install

You can start overol or u can donowload it again

this can be caused by corrupted cookies.

• Firefox > Preferences > Advanced > Network > Offline Storage (Cache): "Clear Now"

If clearing the cookies doesn't help then it is possible that the filecookies.sqlite that stores the cookies is corrupted. Rename (or delete)cookies.sqlite (cookies.sqlite.old) and delete other present cookie files like cookies.sqlite-journal in the Firefox Profile Folder in case the file cookies.sqlite got corrupted.

Hope that doesn't sound too confusing!!! Before you do that, try going though Internet Explorer and see if you can log on that way. That way you will know if its just firefox or another problem, if so than do what I wrote above!! Hope this helps you!! (*_*)

If this is the same Bad Request problem that's going around for
everyone else, the problem is solved by clearing cookies. BUT,
clearing cookies is a TEMP fix

clear the cache and delete the cookies from site(s) that cause problems:
Tools > Options > Advanced > Network > Offline Storage (Cache): "Clear Now"
Tools > Options > Privacy > Cookies: "Show Cookies"


If that didn't help then try to rename or delete cookies.sqlite and cookies.txt (if it exists) in the profile folder in case there is a problem with the file.
