Where can I purchase a REMOTE for the Durabrand 1002 DVD Player?

Apparently there is no code (even according to the manufacturer).

However, one posting reads:

I have a RCA universal remote, (sold at Walmart)
Sanyo code #1189 works on my Duraband TV

So, try 1189 to see if that works

I have a duraband pdv 705 and on the top of the screen it constantly has bri running through it

It appears that Lenoxx Electrtonics is out of business (go figure). I happen to have a DVD-1002 player that lost sound on the right channel. I am planning on retiring this player and would like to make my remote available to you for a small fee (shipping via USPS). Durabrand DVD players are no longer supported because the company that was making them for Walmart went out of business in November of 2007.

Some techs on here have been saying that there is a 1800customersupport.com but that could be a scam. If the company was reported out of business in the news how can anyone else provide support for it? Not only that there has been reports on ripoffreport.com about service centers such as this.

Walmart has been accepting returns on these products and exchanging them for equal or lesser value.
