My family members as well as my boyfriends ex have hacked into my mini iPad, my iPad, my windows cell phone as well as my sons LG cell phone. They all have I phones and iPads and a samsung tablet and galexcy 6 they use (I'm not sure if they use all or some devices). They have hacked into the wifi, but on the cell phones they've done something else. I want to remove the hacking they've done and keep protected from them doing it again. How do I do this?
You need to set up encryption on your devices using strong passwords (passwords that combine numbers, letters, and symbols). This will instantly prevent further hacking. The exact procedure for each device you listed is different. After doing that you should install a spyware scanner to remove anything that may have been installed on your devices.
I hope this helps,

SOURCE: how to unlock ipad for free
It is possible to unlock your iPad (or other iOS devices) now. And if you prefer an easier way to do the job, see how you can achieve it on your PC or Mac on your own from this website: www.automaticiphoneunlocker.com
SOURCE: how do I unlock a locked up ipad?
If you've got a locked up iPad app or otherwise misbehaving iPad, and
want to reboot / reset your iPad, simply hold the sleep and home
buttons together until the iPad restarts.
You'll see the shutoff slider come up first, but just keep holding.
The screen will go blank and the Apple logo will reappear as the iPad
reboots.
Note: this does not reset any data on your iPad. This is just a restart, equivalent to rebooting your computer.

I would first try doing a hard reset. Hold the home and power button down simultaneously until the iPad completely turns off and the Apple logo appears. You can ignore the slide to turn off button when it appears.
If that doesn't solve the issue I would make an appointment with your local Apple Store and have the device checked out by an Apple Genius.
Hope that helps!

If your son cannot remember the passcode, you will need to restore your iPad using the computer you last synced your iPad with. Using the last computer you synced with allows you to reset your passcode and re-sync all your data, apps, etc.
To begin the process, connect the iPad to your computer using the USB cable or lightning cable. Open iTunes and select the restore option.
If you restore on another computer, you can still unlock the device and remove the passcode, but your data and apps will be wiped.
Hope that helps!
