Try this

Remove the rubber case of the Nabi Jr. Then press the Volume + and the Power Button. Calibrate the screen. Wait for the calibration until it is completed. But if it is still frozen, press on the power button for about 10 to 30 seconds to shut it down. Then restart the device.

Did you purchase an extended warranty for the device? If so, they should replace it for you with no additional charges. If not, then I would call their customer service and find out.

Nabi Hard Factory Reset

The sorts of batteries used in many of these devices have about a 2 year life, with a limited number of charge cycles. This does not appear to be a replaceable battery, so you may need to contact Nabi about what your options are.

I have contacted my warranty company to see if they'll fix mine: the kids have cracked the screen. Fine crack all the way around but the Nabi still works. Will see what they tell me about how they fix it. Have seen ads for the LED and another part that comprise the screen. Not sure which is the right one. One runs about $40 the other $15. (Craigslist is another alternative.)
