Hi I need some help I have a phone the motorola w755 from verizon and recorede some videos of my own using the camera provided last night. However when I went back to look at them there is a picture of a video camera with a green background instead of a scene of what I recorded. Also when I tried to play it there is nothing showing up even though it has 30 seconds of playing time. It is not only this but several. I have about 20 videos each 35 seconds on there is that perhaps the reason why my video camera on my phone is not working??

This is a hardware issue with the camera module, not software. You need to have the camera replaced.

I was having the white screen problem and what seemed to fix it was to take the back panel off, remove the battery and clean the connections.

The easiest way to do so is to buy a memory card with an adapter. Change the storage device of the pictures or video you want to the memory card, then it's all in there. They aren't at all expensive either, I bought mine for only 12 bucks and it comes with two different adapters.
