2 obvious things: location and antenna.
2. try rotating the antenna. If you can find out where you transmitter antennae are colocated that might help you aim better.
1. Your location might provide limited number of channels at this time. Compare notes with neighbors.
2.a. check for any source of interference in the house...including you or anyone's body if the antenna is close by inside.

Hello, my wifi connection is constantly dropping, showing limited conectivity.

One of the most common causes of this is wifi channel interference. Most routers come preset to "auto" which allows them to choose whatever channel they wish to transmit on. And most use the same defaults. If you live in a relatively congested area where there are many wireless networks around, having all of them on auto can start a cascading shifting of channels to try to avoid interference. One or two shifts most devices can handle, but when it cascades, most devices just disconnect. Best thing to do is to go into the router and manually select a channel to use. Try it for a while. If you have no more problems, ok. If not, change to a different one and try again.

I have cobra 25 ltd and i,m picking up signals from hundreds of miles away can i tune it down to pick up more locally

Try turning down the RF gain. It is the 2nd knob to the left of the channel selector. This will limit skip stations and receive only local higher signal stations to come through. Do not turn it too low or you won't hear much of anything. Hope it helps.

I cant get the tv to go to higher channels

Most tv's have an Antenna mode and a cable mode. If you have cable tv service, the cable mode must be selected in order to receive channels higher than 23. Then you must auto program the channels thru the menu screen on the tv to receive the channels above 23. If you have a house antenna or rabbit ears, its hit or miss on receiving all VHF and UHV channels.

TV doesn't receive higher channels

Depending on the chassis, it could be the OBT has a bad componet or a parts bad in it or if theres a standup tuner it has to be replaced. You should take the set into a repair place for an estimate good Luck
