As far as I am aware you will have set the pattern lock.. It's usually a four digit code that you need to input by sliding your finger across a digital pad WITHOUT removing the finger from the pad until you've finished. If you can't remember the code try some possibles, remembering that you probably have a limited number of attempts before itr locks up you could also try settings on the android.

Try writing down all codes you can remember to have used. Then try them one by one. If that does not work, the only thing you can do is try to reset the tablet and install everything from scratch.
