If you are referring to some Mobotix service, perhaps their support can help but I doubt it. Cleaners/optimizers such as Ashampoo's Win Optimizer 11 can obviously affect all sorts of settings and I don't think it has an option to return the computer to its state before that scan was done. That usually leaves a user with one of three options: 1) try a system restore that has a point prior to the date you did the "optimization." 2) try a re-installation of the software involved in "Publishing." or 3) sign up under another user name for whatever service you are using and see if this permits you to do what you wish. ...of course, if only Windows software is involved, you might get lucky with a search for a "Fixit" associated with the problem. Microsoft has these tiny downloaded "fixes" that very nicely fix peculiar problems. They are called "Fixits."
The lesson is that before you use any comprehensive cleaning tool, ALWAYS make a restore point so you can recover if things go awry. It is always a roll of the dice when you use cleaners. Even the trusty CCleaner should be used with a bit of discretion. Note that Spyblaster allows you to make a copy of the registry prior to each time you apply its updated defintions. Things like registry cleaners and optimizers eventually bite you.
