It is WE357. At least that is what the book says. I think I have done every cleaning that it requires. I am not getting any warning sign. It just keeps filling up with water and when I go to the next load it is full of water. Thank You
I believe that you might have a clogged or damaged "siphon cap" that covers the fabric softener/bleach compartments. This cap should allow for the liquids placed into these compartments to drain when scheduled in the wash cycle. It should also allow for water that is used to rinse these compartments to drain. If the siphon cap is blocked it would slow (or stop) drainage from these compartments.
CLEANING THE DISPENSERS
The automatic dispenser may need to be cleaned periodically due to laundry additive buildup.
1. Pull the detergent liquid holder out of the detergent compartment.
2. Remove the siphon cap from the fabric softener and bleach
compartments.
3. Wash all of the parts under running water.
4. Clean the dispenser recess with a soft brush.
5. Reinsert the siphon cap and push it firmly into place.
6. Push the dispenser back into place.
7. Run a Rinse+Spin c ycle without any load in your washer.
The nly thing i can think of is the washer level?
I know someone that had that problem with their LG washer. repairman could not fix it. one day it just fixed itself. hasn't filled with water since.

I've had that same code, the machine completely stops and you have to start over with the load, the repair man samsung sent out still cannot fix my problem. he says there is a defect on these machines, good luck!

Your water pump probably has debris in it. Remove the back center cover. The water pump is right there. Thread the drain line back through the machine and put the end in a bucket on the ground, most of the water will drain. I used towels to deal with the rest. Remove the water pump and open it up, I found a quarter. Reinstall and if you found debris the machine should work. It took me 1/2 an hour to do this, not worth calling for service.

I have a vrt ... I hope this helps.... Take of that little door on the front. Have a bucket or bowl ready. Bring down that little black hose, turn the white cap around and pull till it comes off. Drain into the bowl, turn the white filter cap counter clockwise to release some of the suction and wait till the hose stops draining. Remove cap, clean under running water w/ toothbrush. Manual says to make sure that the interior is free of anything (I wiped mine out) and then put it all back together again. Good luck

You might have an object jammed in the pump housing. First thing you must do is to unplug the machine from the power outlet. You will then need to remove the back panel of the washer to access the pump. Disconnect the wiring from the pump and remove the two hoses by compressing the two clamps. ( Be ready for water to pour out of the hoses) Remove the three mounting bolts that hold the pump to the frame of the washer and remove the pump assembly. It is easier to work on the pump if you remove it from the mounting plate. Remove the three screws that hold the impeller housing to the pump motor. Seperate the two parts being careful not to damage the rubber o-ring that seals the unit. Inspect the impeller housing for any debris. (I found a nickle blocking the outlet port in mine). Remove anything you may find and reassemble in reverse order. The machine should reset itself and run as normal.
Good luck!

lefever352, I am currently trying to solve this same issue on the identical model. I removed , cleaned, and re-assembled all the water tubes and the entire pump assembly. The pump works but for some reason it is not priming into the drain tube. The pump assembly appears to have a diaphram over the outlet opening and it it looks like this might be the problem. I am still hunting the solution, BUT so far the above actions have to resolve our issue. I hope perhaps Fixya can help.

Usually answered in minutes!
mine has done this intermittently From Day 1. When it is full of water, it appears to be water after it flushed the softener. When I open and shut the drawer, it empties into my next load of laundry. SOoo.. my solution is to repeatedly open and shut the drawer for each new load before adding detergent and softener for THAT load.
Since it has done this since Day 1, and the washer is very new, I am presuming nothing is clogged. There is something wrong...
While I am here, I am NOT liking the switch to front loader.
