Try different unlock patterns. Once it rejects you it will ask you to sign in to your google account. Type "null" in the user name line and "0000" for the password. I was locked out of my android phone and used this to get past the unlock pattern and back in to my phone.
If its legitimate and not stolen just ask the person you bought it from for password or reset to factory settings and put your own pattern lock and email on it

You'll need to do a factory reset:
1. With the device off, press and hold Volume Up and Power.
2. Release the Power button when you see the logo, but continue to hold Volume Up until the recovery screen appears.

4. Press Volume Up continue.

On an android tablet there is generally a button combo, you can google your specific model for the answer. For instance, you might turn the tablet off and then hold the power button and the volume up or down button.

It sounds as though the switch on the phone jack is not making connection when the phones are unplugged. You can probably clean it by spraying some contact cleaner in the jack, then plug and unplug the phones several (lots of) times. I've had good success with WD40, but it does leave a residue. If this does not fix the problem, you can open the tablet by gently prying the screen off with thin blade (a knife might work). Work your way around the entire screen until the body separates. Gently open and perhaps you can access the jack switch to clean it, if it is not sealed. I hope this is helpful to you.
