How do I fix the audio myself. Where do I buy parts?
Check whether the audio is muted by accidental press at remote control button. Enter its sound menu, and check it. If muted, as you know there will be no audio output. If not muted, check the speaker/s. If found OK; check and replace the damaged component/s at its audio output section circuit board. If needy, replace this board as card basis. If you wish to get some details; check the site linked here. Surf the site with patience. Pull up older posts. Surf the site with patience.

Is there a video of how to do this and what it looks like? I have no idea where the audio is located. I have the back of the TV opened up and I can see where the"

I had a similar problem with a Mac Mini. The problem was caused by a mix-matched resolution (the Mac tries to use 75Hz refresh rate, TV expects 60Hz). The best solution I found was to remote into the Mac (I used LogMeIn.com) and change the resolution on the Mac from a remote computer until the image appears on screen.
Process:
1) Connect Mac to a normal monitor and install the LogMeIn server (or other VNC type application)
2) Connect the Mac to the TV
3) Connect to LogMeIn from another computer (preferrably one where you can see the TV)
4) Go to Applications / System Preferences / Display
5) Change the resolution to your TVs native resolution, and change the refresh rate to 60Hz

Normally it depends on what connection you are using to output a signal, all of the inputs on this unit are in one single board. What you need to do is to replace the main board because it sounds like your inputs migh have gone out. To check price and availability on the main board you can contact Westinghouse parts department at [email protected], please make sure to include the model # along with serial # and TW# all loacted on the back of the unit. Hope this information was helpfull.

Hello,
I think you will have to replace both boards. 4H.V2308.031/D2 and 4H.V2308.021/D2 are both display inverter boards.
So it is better you replace the two boards since you do not no precisely which one amongst the two is causing the problem. Its might also be that it is the two boards that are faulty.
But know for sure that both boards are display inverters.
Good luck.
