Unfreeze my iCloud mail account?

You can always restore it to brand new.
You need a computer with iTunes and the charghing usb cable.
Before restoring make sure that the Find my iPhone app is off, otherwise after restoring it will give you the very same wrong email.

Hi you need the cloud to keep a back up so its best to keep it you can turn it off but need the password you sent up in iTunes and just go to your mail and remover you email account hope this helps

Gmail and Apple IDs are completely separate. You must have a valid account in order to login to either account. just istall iTunes software from Apple and plug the iPad connector cable to an USB plug on the macbook.
