How do I turn off private browsing to access my yahoo emails?

On Safari, tap on the 'tabs' icon. Here you should see a little button which says 'Private' if you tap this, it will go back to regular browsing.

When you open safari browser look to bottom left corner and click on "Private" that toggles between on and off!

Try clearing your browsing history. Open up your Settings on your iPad, click Safari, then Clear History. This will wipe out your iPads previous knowledge of any sites you've visited.

To prevent them from listing moving forward, you can use private browsing. If you're using iOS 7, you can access it by opening Safari, hitting the + button near the bottom of the page, and hitting Private in the left hand corner. It'll ask you if you want to keep or close your currently open tabs after that.

Yahoo free email accounts cannot be setup via any devices and/or computer except access via the web. You have to pay for the Yahoo email Plus account in order to setup email on your device.

I'd suggest getting a gmail account from google, free and it will work fine on your tablet. You can then create a rule in your yahoo to forward all email to your gmail account.
