The air conditioning in my 2004 Suzuki Grand Vitara doesn't get cold if the outside temp is over 30 degrees Celsius. Works fine any other time. Any ideas on what the issue could be?

I would first check to see if your clutch on the compressor is spinning if not, it seems as if your car is low on refrigerant/ R-134a. I would add a can and see if there are any improvements

There are no fuses covering those because they are computer functions

Why cools the ac only 1 hour full power and never reaches the set-point temperature ?

check that all the doors and windows are closed as ac units do not work well when trying to cool the world
is the ac unit too small for the room size
I suspect that because it is working the problem is outside the ac control
is the inside fan working and blowing out cold air

Make sure your fan clutch is working. No fan, no cooling of the condenser, no heat dissipation, no cold air. Start the truck and make sure you feel air movement, a lot.

I have a 2000 pontiac grand prix with a digital climate control system. The heat quit working, it doesn't blow out any heat. Now that it is warm outside the air stopped blowing out any air. The digital temperature on the climate control is not correct. When it states that it is below 30 degrees on the ext and it is warm outside the air wont be cold. Once it starts going above 30 degrees the air gets colder. Today the blower stop working all together. Was told it maybe the climate control unit was bad. You can hear the door opening/shutting when you switch the temp from cold to hot. But there was no heat blowing out whatsoever in the winter time. Could you please give me your opinion on whether or not it is the climate control unit or something else?

Whirlpool 6 sense model WSC5513- A+ X side by side, without ice or water dispenser. Refrigerator part not cooling properly. Temperature setting is -18 degrees Celsius for the freezer and 2 degrees...

The temp for the fridge is about right and -18 for the freezer is ok so check to see if the water filter is plugged, at 8 degrees Celsius is about 18 degrees fht. Which is freezing so the numbers don't add up. 26 degrees below zero on the freezer side is what you want if it that cold it could have frozen the water line.
