I would like to read dvd and Blu Ray from any regional code. Then, how can I unlock regional code of my BD player, please?
If you can't figure out a way to change the region code on your Blu-ray player, try making a region-free copy of your Blu-ray/DVD discs to play on your region-locked player. Region codes can not be changed on all devices, and even on the ones that can, it can only be changed a few times.
This is to help prevent piracy of videos.
Computer programs exist to allow viewing of other regions on a computer, but this is a grey area of legality and can not be covered here on fixya.
You may do google searches if you wish to research on your own how region codes can be altered.

Save the file and then unzip and extract it to your hard drive. Now burn the subdirectory RMTM0000 and its contents (not the text file) onto a CD-ROM - ISO format, closed - these settings are mandatory, you must select them from the burning software interface. Insert CD-ROM into the LG BD370 player, and when the Region Management System screen is displayed, set the Region Code to 0 using your remote. Once done, press PAUSE on you remote to save, and you're done!
