Had an issue which caused me to have to reset to factory settings (several times) and now, even from factory default, "internal memory" is full...cannot install a single thing...
If you have done several factory restores, then the internal memory chip is probably damaged and not reading its full capacity.

The easiest way to restore the Cruz Reader to factory defaults is to update to the newest firmware which can be downloaded from here. The instructions for doing the upgrade are also explained on the link above.
This will revert everything back to original condition leaving any information on the internal and external memory cards intact. If you are looking to clear those as well you can do so by formatting the cards by going to Settings->Storage (might say SD card)->Unmount->Format. You can also take the cards out and put them in your computer and use the computer to format them.
The process is pretty of upgrading the firmware is pretty simple even though it might be intimidating. Let me know if you have any more questions

Click start,click all programs,click accessories,click system tools,find system restore or system recovery.I believe you can also press f10 at boot up to run system recovery.

you will need the 3 recovery disks that came with the PC, back up/copy call files you want to keep Pic's, word, ect.
also copy call your IE Favorites.
good luck as you know this will wipe your hard drive. you will need to reload the updated drivers for the Pen and the Video Drivers. hard to find.

Yes : boot from the recovery partition (you'll need to give the boot process some more time to keep the choice of the bboting partition displayed :
Windows+Pause, Advanced, 3rd "Parameters" button, change to 10 seconds.)
