If you have done several factory restores, then the internal memory chip is probably damaged and not reading its full capacity.

If you need further help, I’m available over the phone at https://www.6ya.com/expert/michael_e0539de310ea5ad7

SOURCE: How do you restor you

The easiest way to restore the Cruz Reader to factory defaults is to update to the newest firmware which can be downloaded from here. The instructions for doing the upgrade are also explained on the link above.

This will revert everything back to original condition leaving any information on the internal and external memory cards intact. If you are looking to clear those as well you can do so by formatting the cards by going to Settings->Storage (might say SD card)->Unmount->Format. You can also take the cards out and put them in your computer and use the computer to format them.

The process is pretty of upgrading the firmware is pretty simple even though it might be intimidating. Let me know if you have any more questions

Hope this helps

SOURCE: Factory Restore

you will need the 3 recovery disks that came with the PC, back up/copy call files you want to keep Pic's, word, ect.
also copy call your IE Favorites.
good luck as you know this will wipe your hard drive. you will need to reload the updated drivers for the Pen and the Video Drivers. hard to find.

How to find user guide for galaxy tablet E

Samsung has the most recent manual for the Galaxy Tab E on the product site: http://www.samsung.com/us/mobile/tablets/all-other-tablets/samsung-galaxy-tab-e-9-6-16gb-wi-fi-black-sm-t560nzkuxar/ . The direct link to this manual is http://downloadcenter.samsung.com/content/UM/201703/20170318055609050/WIF_SM-T560_Galaxy-Tab-E_EN_UM_MM_6.0_101316_FINAL_WAC.pdf . Just scroll down and expand the Manuals section by clicking on the See More link.

If you have a Galaxy Tab E with cellular service, try looking for the manual from that provider. For example, Verizon has a manual on their Galaxy Tab E page: https://www.verizonwireless.com/tablets/samsung-galaxy-tab-e-8/ . The direct link to this manual is https://ss7.vzw.com/is/content/VerizonWireless/Devices/Samsung/Samsung_Galaxy_Tab_E_8in/tablet-samsung-galaxy-tab-e-8in-ug.pdf .
