It depends on how you're attempting to pair. Is this through bluetooth or are you attempting to screencast ? Please attempt the method first using instructions from your android manual and if you're able to connect then that means the 2 devices are compatible. Otherwise, this is not the case. Thank you.
IPad (Apple) OS, Windows OS and Android OS are different platforms.
Windows OS readily pairs with Android OS; however, Apple based OS DO NOT readily pair with either Windows OS or Android OS.
Way round is to download and install ITUNES on your Windows based OS PC or laptop. Connect your iPad to the PC and using iTunes, transfer pictures from your iPad to the hard disc drive first.
Next, connect your Android OS device and transfer same pictures from your PC/laptop to your android tab/phone.
First turn on Bluetooth on phone next hold the power button down on Bluetooth until in alternates red and blue once that happens look for your Bluetooth on phone and click your Bluetooth until it pairs. If your Bluetooth has a 4 digit number in the Bluetooth Manuel put that number in the phone it should then pair. Hope this helps.
