You need to know the email address used for each account. They would usually be different for each one.

I'll give you some help on ANDROID. Go to apps, settings\ WiFi. Turn it on at top of screen. Any available WiFi accounts will show up. Then go to top right push the three dots, click advanced and make your choices. Click back to WiFi screen and click the WiFi you want to connect with, enter the key that your WiFi needs to connect, or use the WPS option if available on you WiFi. You seem to be using wifi at home. Free wifi away from home is another option; but you won't get it everywhere.
Other option is to activate your cellular account. Go to "Settings" and click on "cellular data".
Turn the "cellular data" to ON and View your account.
If new, you will need to create an account which will cost your monthly. It can be turned on/off as you wish.

Either find the WiFi your tablet knows about, or modify your current WiFi like the old one temporarily.
You could also set up a new temporary account and setup the new WiFi, then remove the temporary account.
Best yet; Think harder and figure out the old password.

After creating new account on google.com.tap settings on iPad,tap mail,tap gmail to delete old account..tap mail again on top left then tap add account,tap gmail then enter info for new account.

It just got the network, of course you need to get in your mail account then check it. It could not sync any email without a mail account. Or ask Samsung for directly help.
