I have a beko wme8227b washing machine. it stopped spinning so i checked error code and it was f18, I reset it and it stopped again and then had error code f11, now when I check the error code it says

to reset these al you do is press and hold the start button for about 5 seconds then it should reset if not then you have a faulty pcb

F-18 means the pump is blocked.
First checkthe filter for coins or other junks. Make sure the drain hose isn't blocked, restricted or kinked. Make sure there's no obstruction in the drain standpipe or U-bend.
