Emachines e528 with out charger I cannot use my laptop but my battery is OK.

I assume that you are looking for an e528 adapter. There are many adapters available on Amazon and eBay (search for "e528 charger"). If instead you are saying that the machine works fine when the charger is plugged in, but not when you are running off of the battery, then how do you know that your battery is OK?

    Because I fixed new battery and that battery have some charge. Today I buy this battery. But battery not take charge. I have to use my laptop by adaptar

Hello try to renew the driver from here:

https://support.gateway.com/us/en/emac/product/default.aspx?modelId=3234

Please unzip the file before you install.
Try uninstall the old one first

Or the touchpad have a fault.

You can buy a wireless mouse if you have no luck with the driver.

Cooling fan is too slow.
  1. right click the battery icon on the bottom right toolbar
  2. select "power options"
  3. select "high performance" (if not visible use drop down to show additional power plans)
  4. click "change plan settings"
  5. click "change advanced power settings"

Change of CMOS battery cell
The CMOS battery is a small button shaped silver colored battery.

Most are clipped into the motherboard and can be easily removed by hand.

Some are soldered to the board and cannot bee removed.

That depends on the model, because there are two different e528. One is called e528-2012, and that model does have a webcam. The other model, e528-2325, does not come with a webcam.
