I used to be able to log my husband out of Facebook and then sign in but now I can't. My husband is Harris Freeman

If you wish the log out or sign out of the Facebook, kindly click the "Account" tab at the top-right of the Facebook page and select "Logout" from the drop-down menu. (See attached image)

here's what you can do:
<Try clearing the browser history>
<Try making another account on the PC and logging in from there>

and here's what you'll need to include in the reply:
