Try these steps:
Firstly Disconnect All The Connection With The Network
And Turn OFF The Device
And Re-Connect All The Cables With The Device
Than Turn ON The Device And Connect With The Network
After That Give The Instruction For Printing
Than They Print The Document Without Any Issue
If They Give The Error Than Turn ON The Device More 10 Mins Than Turn ON Than They Work Fine.

in printer board hdd problem

check with network administrator for new ip or goto network settings and fetch ip by using DHCP.off/on the machine and thats it.

go in add printer on your pc.go next next when a list of printers come select canon from brands and select gp335. from the models.and install the drivers.

try to restart your pc or reinstall the copier driver

press print pages
print configuration page
see the ip address & install the printer on this ip
in your computer networks use tcp\ip is smaller than machine ip if machines ip is 192.168.1.33
computers ip is 192.168.1.32

it depends which country the IR 400 was installed ,there are two types of Power supply


110volts-50/60 hertz

220volts/240volts 50 Hertz

if you have 110v machine and you want to connect it 220v supply you can use a 1.5kw stepdown transformer

there is a hardware upgrade that has to be made first. I highly doubt if it is still available. You might find someone witha used one. They were not very popular. The scanner option used a SCSI (pronounced "scuzzy") interface which requires a seperate connection to a nearby computer with a SCSI interface board.

I would suggest reloading the driver ets. I hope this link helps. Otherwise the problem you are experiencing seems like a function {or malfunction} of your network. After 20 years of doing this stuff, I reflect on how your dillema and cannot imagine any "hardware " driven problem. So I agree with you that either need an update or to reinstall the driver.
