I was charged $99 for amazon prime but I never signed up for amazon prime.

Go on amazon website sign in to your amazon go to your account and go into subscription and there a cancel button for the subscription u want to cancel Then will not charge u again

Did you signup for the free trial? After the free trial is over they will automatically bill you. If you NEVER signed up for anything dealing with Amazon Prime, contact your credit card bank (or whatever) and report a fraudulent charge.
