A validation code is the final code needed to register a QuickBooks Product. Only Intuit can generate a validation code. It should display a phone number on the Register the software screen. You would need to contact Intuit at that number with the license number, and product code for them to generate the validation code.

The validation code, is unique to to your user license number. If you call Intuit's 800/support number, they will look up your license number, and should be able to provide a new validation code, once they have confirmed your ownership.
