There is a good chance the remote is defective. You may try installing Netflix from the channel store and and using it like other channels. The other thing would be to uninstall Netflix and then reinstall it. It is possible the info for login is corrupt or the Netflix contact on the remote is bad. Hitting the reset button should not cause any harm but will restore the remote to it's original state. If you know someone with another Roku, any model , try that remote to prove it. Good Luck!

Change input on Hitachi LCD TV model LE65K6R9 without remote?

I'd unplug/disconnect the Roku and after 30 seconds try the control button on the back. If you can change the input do so, then plug the Roku back in. Until you use the input button on the back to change input to Roku, you should be able to use the other buttons on the back to control the TV. If this does not work, unplug both the TV and the Roku. Wait maybe a minute, then plug the TV back in and follow the above instructions. Here are other alternatives: Using physical buttons: You can find the physical buttons on the left or right back side of the Hitachi TV. Using these keys, you can change the input, adjust the volume, or turn on Hitachi TV without a remote. Press the Input button located at the back or side of the Hitachi TV. The list of connected sources will appear on the TV screen12.

Using external devices: Connect a wireless keyboard or mouse to your Hitachi TV and change the input1.

Buy a universal remote: You can buy a universal remote to control your Hitachi TV and change the source.

How do you hook up a Roku box to a LC320EM2

To connect a Roku box to an LC320EM2 TV, you'll need to follow these steps:
  1. Connect the Roku box to the TV using an HDMI cable. Locate the HDMI port on the back of the TV and plug one end of the cable into the Roku box and the other end into the TV.
  2. Power on the Roku box and the TV.
  3. Change the input source on the TV to HDMI by pressing the "Input" or "Source" button on the TV remote. Keep pressing the button until you reach the HDMI input that the Roku box is connected to.
  4. Follow the on-screen instructions on the TV to complete the Roku box setup process. This will involve connecting the Roku box to your home Wi-Fi network and creating a Roku account.
  5. Once the setup is complete, you should be able to use the Roku remote to access various streaming services, such as Netflix, Hulu, and Amazon Prime Video, on your LC320EM2 TV.
If you have any issues during the setup process, refer to the Roku box manual or contact Roku customer support for further assistance.

How do I program my new Roku 2 set up to watch Netflix on my TV.

Before falling with the Roku, make sure you have a Netflix account.
Once you have your Roku install and connected to the network, register the device. Once register, in Roku scroll down to channels and press OK in the remote control. From here search for Netflix and add the channel. Press the back button or the home button to go back to the beginning. Notice that you see the Netflix icon, scroll to the right, highlight it and press Ok. Now just log in to your Netflix account and just follow the steps.
