Kyocera KM-505. How do I scan multiple pages, NOT using the document feed, so they all end up in one document? Have a document that I cannot destroy and must use platen.

Clean the feed rollers. Don't use refilled toner cartridges. Brand new OEM toner every time.

try turning off copier unplug from wall for a few secs or try to restart your computer

I think the message is "Reseat All Originals in Document Processor". This message apears when there was a misfeed or something like that. It means that you must put back all the documents, to be scanned again. Clean the paper feed/pickup rollers with a cloth dampned in alcohol.

the 5050 uses a file scan utility which is basically an ftp utility. you need to download the scanner file utility on each workstation. HERE is the link for the utility and instructions file.

If you're talking about having one LOOOOOONG document - don't believe that is possible without being able to edit the computer code that actually generates the pages you scanned in.

I have an HP 1350 all in one printer/scanner. It was printing fine until I wanted to scan a document. I pressed the scan button and now its stuck there. I can't get it out of scanning. I tried turning it off, unpluging and replugging. Can you help me.
