Follow the steps to fix the Epson printer printing blank page issue:
·Restart the printer ·Fill the empty ink cartridge and reinstall the new ink cartridge ·Update printer drivers. If you have done all the above steps but still the printer printing blank pages.
Make sure you remove the protective tape from cartridge(s). If it's been removed, try running 'nozzle clean' or 'deep clean' (for that cartridge). You can find this in 'Printer properties' on 'Maintenance' page.

I know this may sound silly, but did you remove the piece of tape that covers the contacts on the new print cartridge?
This can be caused by a number of reasons however it is mostly caused by the toner cartridge missing a small spring on one end. Try replacing toner cartridge first.
I would try new hp brand print cartridges to see if that works. Make sure the tape is taken off of the new cartridges. Could try to blow dust off of the contacts.
