To get to User Accounts:
1. Press the 'Windows' key to go to the Metro menu.
2. Immediately type 'User Accounts' to start a search and bring up a list of apps/programs/features. Typically the Windows Control Panel for User Accounts will appear as the first item in the list.
3. Click the 'User Accounts' item in the search results and you're all set.
Can you explain what you mean by old user setup screen please?
If your screen does not look like the one above, you can try changing
the password from the Administration tab's Management screen.
Step 3:
NOTE: The User Name is "admin". Cannot be changed.
At the Old Password text box, enter the router's old password. Default is "admin".
Step 4:
Enter a New Password for the Router. Your password must have 20 or fewer characters and cannot contain any spaces.
Step 5:
At the Confirm New Password text box, re-enter the new password to confirm it.
Step 6:
Click Save Settings to save the changes, or click Cancel Changes to get back to the default settings.
