You need to log in the same kindle account and the purchased books will be synced automatically. If this doesn't work, you can convert the kindle books to epub file and transfer to ipad. You need to connect your Kindle device to computer and then convert the books in Kindle. After that, you can transfer the books to ipad with iTunes or iTransfer. Don't know about kindle but if it gives you general access to the internet, and you dont have pc try using the cloud to upload your boos/files to a cloud account and then download them to your new kindle.

I'm sorry, but you can't! If it was purchased on kindle then it remains on kindle, and not your iBooks.

Hi, there is no need to try to transfer content from your Android Kindle App to your Kindle as all content that is stored in the Kindle Cloud can be downloaded directly to your new Kindle once it's registered. Even the content that is downloaded to your Android remains on the Kindle Cloud. To see if your new Kindle is registered, click here and log in to your Kindle account.

Click the Device tab. If your new Kindle isn't already registered, you should have the option to register it. Or, alternately, you can register your new Kindle using Menu and Settings on the Kindle itself.

Once your Kindle is registered you can simply touch *Cloud* on the Home screen when connected to Wifi or 3G and examine the list of books, etc. Touch the ones you wish to download to your device and they should start downloading where they will be stored for off-line reading.

Transfer Kindle eBooks to Another Kindle Easily and Freely

You can easily load all of your books onto your new Kindle. Amazon retains a record of all your book purchases in an archive. When you register your new Kindle (and turn on wireless) it 'phones home' to Amazon and Amazon places an entry on your main menu entitled Archive. Just click on that entry and all of your past book purchases will appear and will automatically be downloaded to the Kindle when you click on them.

However, if your old Kindle contained any books, pictures, or documents that you did NOT purchase from Amazon, those items will not appear in the Amazon archive. You will have to download those items to your new Kindle the same way you installed them on the old Kindle. If the only location of those un-archived documents is the old Kindle, then this will become a two step process because you cannot copy from one Kindle directly to another.
