Check to make sure phone is registering in network. Check a network is selected. Try the following.
APN & data settings To set the Access Point Name (APN) and turn on data settings, follow these steps:

  1. From any Home screen, tap the Menu key.
  2. Tap Settings.
  3. Tap the Connections tab.
  4. Tap More networks.
  5. Tap Mobile networks.
  6. Tap Access Point Names.
  7. If available, tap the T-Mobile US APN (the bullet point fills with green). If not available, tap the Menu key, and then tap New APN.
Note: To reset your APN settings, tap the Menu key and then tap Reset to default.
  8. Verify and update the following settings for the Data APN:
    • Name: T-Mobile US LTE
    • APN: fast.t-mobile.com
    • Proxy: <Not set>
    • Port: <Not set>
    • Username: <Not set>
    • Password: <Not set>
    • Server: <Not set>
    • MMSC: http://mms.msg.eng.t-mobile.com/mms/wapenc
    • MMS proxy: <Not set>
    • MMS port: <Not set>
    • MMS protocol: WAP 2.0
    • MCC: 310
    • MNC: 260
    • Authentication type: <Not set>
    • APN type: <Not set> OR Internet+MMS
    • APN protocol: IPv4/IPv6
    • APN roaming protocol: IPv4
    • Enable/disable APN: <greyed out unless there are multiple APN's>

Manual network selection To manually select the wireless network the device connects to, follow these steps:

  1. From any Home screen, tap the Menu key.
  2. Tap Settings.
  3. Tap the Connections tab.
  4. Tap More networks.

    • GSM only (2G only setting)
    • WCDMA only

  3. Tap the Connections tab.

I'm unable to go to the Mobile tab. When I click that tab,it is said that "Sorry, something went wrong. We're working on getting this fixed as soon as we can." Could you please tell me a way to...

You can try to remove first your registered mobile in the Account Settings, Mobile tab. Then logout from Facebook then log in again to register your phone. If it still doesn't fix it, maybe Facebook is doing some upgrades, you may also try writing them.

if you have registered the mobile phone then contact the network provider and give them your details and they should tell you your code, if you havnt registered your mobile phone then you should purchase a new sim card and dont worry, everything on your phone before should still be there just aslong as you purchase the sim card with the same network as the last one in your locked mobile phone (im a beginner so sorry if ive got it wrong but thats wot i did and i was fine after that!
