Newly bought kocaso tablet started to show a vertical line coming straight from top to bottom at both left and right side of the screen and its annoying how to fix this problem.

I found the factory reset button on the back under a small sticker. Plug it into the charger and gently push a sharp toothpick or other sharp non metallic object inthe the small hole until you get resistance. Then gently push 'till you feel a tiny click...this should reset the tablet. Mine crapped out because it is a junk company. There are more complaints on this company than any other I have ever seen. I wised up and bought Google Nexus 7...best 7" tablet made.
Touch screen have an X/Y axis running from top to bottom and side to side. If the crack appears, one or more conncetions will be shorted out and the screen fails. Looks like you need a new unit.
