My control panel for my washing machine stopped working. NONE of the lights will turn on, and none of the buttons work. I checked the plug, even took the top off, checked the connections, and all looked good. Then a few weeks later I walked into the laundry room, and miraculously it worked!! But it seemed it only worked for that day (about 5 loads) but did not try it again for a week or so. Then it did not work again. Then worked again some time later, and stopped again, now it is not working at all. I took apart the control panel and inspected the circuit boards, and I didn't see any obvious problems (I did notice that by accident when I put my fingers on the back side of the circuit board where the buzzer was, the buzzer would go off, so at least that part of the board is getting electricity. I looked around and the circuit boards are super expensive (almost to the point it is cheaper to buy a new one), plus that is assuming I replace the correct board!

Hard Reset - In some cases the control can be non-functioning or may not accept activation from the control panel. To clear and restart the control follow the these steps:
* Unplug or turn the circuit breaker off for 30 seconds.
* Reconnect the unit to the power source by turning the breaker back on or plugging the unit back into the wall outlet.
* Press the Pause/Cancel/Stop button twice to clear the "PF" in the display.
* Start a short cycle to check the operation of the machine by selecting a cycle and pressing and holding the start button until the machine starts.
