Hi
Sounds a trifle complex, but I do have some suggestions. First of all you need to try and retrieve the accounts which you used to have, but preferably use a PC to make the connections quicker and to be able to use the help screens more easily. Also I suggest using your individual devices for this purpose.
Firstly Hotmail - now called Outlook. If you go to the login page here: Sign In
you will find two options below the sign in button ie Can't access your account and Sign in with a single use code. If you try either one of these and follow the instructions then you should be able to get into your account. Once in I suggest that you change your password for future access and to isolate it from the rest of the accounts.
Secondly Gmail - A similar process, if you go here,
Google
then in the middle of the screen is the search box, but at the top right of the window are four to five options, one of which is "Gmail". If you click on this you will load a page where you can input your username and password. Under the sign in button, there is a "need help?" link. If you click on this the next page gives you three options, forgotten password, forgotten username and other problems. If you click in the circle next to "I don't know my password" and click continue. You will be asked for your email as registered with gmail, clicking continue will lead you to one of those annoying pages where you enter the characters displayed. On the next screen enter a gmail password you remember and then you will get a page to ask for a text message or automated phone call, whichever you prefer which will give you a code to enter into the next page and then you will be able to change your password again to separate it from the other accounts.
Having got these two separate, I suggest you check all the accounts to make sure there is nothing in the others that you need, and then using the help procedures on the sites concerned, you can transfer anything you need to your basic accounts and delete the accounts you created accidentally.
Hope this helps
Cheers

SOURCE: cannot open my gmail account
Go to gmail and let it open up your other account. In the top right corner of the window, there should be a "sign out" link. Click on it.
It will take you to the login page, and you can enter in the information for the account you want to go to.

Using the set up manager, you can set up all your social networks before you start using the Wildfire.
The HTC Wildfire allows you to set up Facebook, Flickr and Twitter accounts for use with HTC's Friend Stream and HTC Peep social networking services.
You can either set these up using the setup manager when you first turn your Wildfire on, or do it later
Setting up social networks with the set up manager
The set up manager will appear when you turn your Wildfire on the first time, or after you've carried out a factory reset of the device.
When the social networking setup screen appears, simply select the social networks you use and enter your username and passwords.
Each time you successfully set one up, you'll return to the set up screen to add more accounts.
When you've finished, tap on next.
Setting up additional social networks
If you want to add more social networking accounts, or didn't use the set up manager to add accounts, you can do this later through the Accounts & sync sub menu in Settings.
To set up a new account, select Add account.
Here, you can choose which you want to set up for use on your Wildfire.
To use the Facebook widget on your Wildfire, opt for the Facebook for HTC Sense option.
Enter your username and password for the account. If your log in email address is set up on your Wildfire, it should appear as you start typing to save you typing it in again.
Beware though, we found that we had to manually change the address from the default @googlemail.com to @gmail.com before it successfully signed us in.
When setting up your Flickr account, you will be required to confirm you're downloading the HTC Flickr downloader from a trusted source.
Opt for the second option as the first is sometimes regarded as untrustworthy and access to Flickr may not be granted.
When you've set up your accounts, you're ready to start using Friend Stream.
