Replaced the hdmi cables, changed outlets, now unplugged for about an hour. When I turned it back on and plugged everything back in, it goes to the channel, then will blink back and forth between the channel and the blue no signal screen. That's with the ps4 game also. Different cables.
Have you tried a different HDMI input? (If available.) You may be able to test the cable box of PS4 using component cables to confirm that all but the HDMI is not working. You may try pushing or holding the HDMI cables to see if you can make the problem better or worse to identify a possible flakey HDMI socket.

try using an alternate input source like a dvd or game console and see if you can duplicate the problem. then call vizio support and describe your problem. a lot of vizio parts have lifetime warranties on certain parts and a free service call to change out parts.
could have an issue with main board that has hdmi input. if you have 2 hdmi inputs on the TV, try the alternate input, too. vizio has had some issues with main boards. have worked on them for 3 years. hope this helps.

Is the HDMI port 2 work? Try to turn it off and turn it back on. If it is still not working then the HDMI ports have gone bad. You will need to replace the main board.

If the tuner is bad, changing the mainboard should fix the problem.

Well, your TV is still under warranty. That's the good part.
The only thing I can recommend without voiding the warranty is leaving the TV unplugged for 30min. That way, the TV can reset itself and hopefully correct the problem.
If that doesn't solve the problem, it's time to use the VIZIO warranty.

SOURCE: The LCD screen is dark with no sound or picture when turned on.
I had the same problem after having a Vizio for 2 and a half years. I
left the room for a minute, i came back and the screen went black.
There was still power to the unit and you could see that the back light
was working, just no picture, no sound, and you couldn't use any of the
buttons. The only way to turn it off was to unplug it. It would then
start up, with the Vizio logo going from orange to white, and then do
the same thing all over, no pic or sound.
HOW I FIXED MINE:Look through the back vents for a white light to make
sure the backlight still works. I ordered a new "main PCB" from
tigerdirectparts.com
(you can also use searspartsdirect.com). This is the circuit board with
all of the inputs on it (hdmi, cable, etc.) I opened it up,
disconnected the old one, put in a new one and now it works fine. I
used
both serial numbers on the board to search for it online. It cost me
$144 to do it, but that's better than $450 for a new TV. My tv is the
vx32l hdtv10a. I hope that helps.
For me the part number was either (depending on the vendor) : 0171 2272
2174 or it was 3632 0212 0150. Check your circuit and see if any of
those numbers match up.
