Re: How do you put a microsdhc card in a noble tablet
You can add a properly formatted microSD card inside the rear of the device:
- Power off your Nook, unplug from power, and disconnect it from any USB connection.
- Place it face down on a kitchen towel (so it won't get scratched).
- Find the tab near the center of the bottom of the back cover.
- Lift the tab (gently)and open the back. Note that the cover is snapped-in at the bottom, the middle and the top. Unsnap the cover carefully.
- Identify and open the microSD slot cover with a fingernail, not a screwdriver!
- Drop the microSD card into place, while lining up the contacts.
- Close and then lock the card holder.
- Replace the back cover onto the Nook
- Snap the sides into place, and close the tab.
- Power up and enjoy
NOTE: the card needs to be formatted using FAT32 or FAT16 not NTFS!
Hi ken read, I want to help you with your question, but I need more information from you. Can you please add details in the comment box? Specif brand and model version is needed. By "noble" do you mean Barnes & Nobel?
