Develop ineo 501, machine stopped, showing " have the fusing unit replaced soon, contact the service representative" -no error code. There is also "license management error occurs" but this promt was way back more than a year ago and the machine continue to work even with this issue. technical support please? Thanks. 
That unit is manufactured my konica minolta. it is a Konica Minolta Bizhub 501 and will use the same fuser even though the image units, toners, and transfer belt have to be chipped for the ineo. There is a picofuse in the fusing harness that blows as soon as it is installed and that starts the fuser life counter. the counter is reset when a new fuser (or new fuse, if the fuser is still good) is installed. You will need to replace the fuser for the message to go away.

Just had the same problem & it was low toner density on the yellow toner. We told to change the toner or shake the existing one & put it in again.

E000 to E004 are all to do with the fixing unit.
It can be reset.
It has been known to be caused by noise on the mains supply so a filter might keep it away.
To reset. Press the star button followed by 2 and 8 at the same time, then the star button again.
You should now be in service mode.
Select COPIER and this will give you some options along the top.
Select FUNCTION.In the list select CLEAR.
From the next list select ERROR and press ok.
Then switch off machine and back on at the power socket.
If it clears then all is ok.
Be warned!! Do not try to change any settings in service mode or clear any other function!! It is very easy to turn the machine into a cabbage.

the reasons may be
(i)The thermistor has an open circuit or a short circuit.
(ii) he heater has an open circuit.The thermal fuse has blown.
(iii)The power supply PCB has a fault.
(iv)The engine controller PCB has a fault.
Check the following,
- Check the connector of the fixing film unit.If found no problems,
-Replace the fixing film unit.Not solved?
- Replace the power supply PCB.Still having problem?
- Replace the engine controller PCB.

2. Check the wiring between the finisher controller PCB and the stack
feeding motor and between the finisher controller PCB and the shutter
open/close clutch. Is it normal?
3. Is there a fault in the shutter mechanism?
4. Try replacing the stack edging motor and the shutter open/close clutch.
