When you forgot your password and exceeded the tries you can enter it with, your account will be locked and will have to be unlocked using your internet connection (WiFi or data connection). Your device will ask you for your gmail and password. Once able to provide, they will ask which you prefer to reset and it is done. Unfortunately, not everyone is connected when the account is locked. You will have to do the following when this happens: - turn off device - press the following: volume up/down or both power button home button (if any) OR press the reset button/hole -wait for a logo to appear before letting go -choose recovery mode -choose wipe data/factory reset -choose yes -device will restart or will ask you to restart and confirm.

guess is that the float level is not closing (need to open float bowl and clean everything inside with carb cleaner. Confirm that the float is operating (up and down) . Reassemble and try again...should be fine.

Does this have an SD card installed? If so it might be corrupted or failing. If not, try a hard shutdown or of you have access to battery area remove battery for a minute then reinstall battery and power tablet back up. One other option would be to go into download and delete any failed downloads and try them again.
