How do i operate this printer Can only get topress &have printer stop showing yellow symbol with arrow in in We cant connect to internet TELLus where thisWPS button is

If your computer shows you the little yellow triangle (limited connectivity) then you might have to reset the source of your internet, the modem if you can access it, by unplugging the power for 30 seconds. then reset your router by unplugging the power for 30 seconds so it can aquire a new IP address if you get the internet through dynamic settings. The router could also have a bad ethernet internet port. If you can connect to the router wirelessly and tried resetting it and if you can get internet being directly hooked up to the modem or source of internet such as a wall outlet...then your router may be bad.....if it is a Belkin...then it was junk to begin with.

im not sure these devices but if it has an operating system and cant get an internet connection

You will have to open up your network connections Click start control panel network connections this may vary depending on your operating system look for local area connection if you see a red x or a yellow exclamation or question mark ! ? you will need to update or install the driver or it could be firewalled. Make sure your antivirus program is not blocking the internet connection. If you are trying to connect through a modem/router you it should have come with a disk then you might have to connect the usb lead to your modem to get a connection then Click start control panel administration tools computer management device manager scroll to network adapters should see a yellow question ? exclamation mark ! or a red X right click install drivers. The driver might be on the disc supplied by your ISP internet service provider or the motherboard disc Click start type cmd press enter you will be in DOS mode type in ipconfig press enter you will see all o fyour internet connection details type in your default gateway adress into your internet search should read something like 10.0.0.138 Make sure you Ethernet/internet is enabled in bios restart your computer during the boot up process you will see on your screen a certain key to press to enter set up (BIOS) press and hold that key to enter bios using arrow keys navigate to integrated peripherals look for SiS On Chip Pci Device press enter scroll to SiS 10/100m press enter make sure its "Enabled"imake sure its enabledPci device arrows key scroll to nstalled. Just checked a site - they suggest that you clear the purge counter, maybe this will help

Try it:1..Telephone line straight away to system modem line in socket.. from modem line out socket to printer line in socket(marked as box symbol)dont insert tele phone line in phone symbol socket.. 2..Telephone line straight away to printer line in socket.. from extension socket(marked as phone symbol) to system modem line in socket...Note:dont split telephone line like branch.. Describe this issue with telephone operator because of both fax & internet will work in digital signals, result conflict may happen..

You must check the color cartridge ...... most the chance are that your yellow cartridge is finished. That's why are you are unable to print the yellow.
But you can follow these instruction.. it may help you..
Cartridge Out Override can only be enabled from the printer's control panel menu.
1. From the main menu, press (RIGHT ARROW) to System setup and press (SELECT).
2. Press (RIGHT ARROW) to Print quality and press (SELECT).
3. Press (RIGHT ARROW) to Replace supplies and press (SELECT).
4. Press (RIGHT ARROW) to Override out and press (SELECT).
5. Press (SELECT).
If Stop at out is selected, the printer will stop printing when a cartridge reaches the recommended replacement point. If Override out is selected, the printer will continue printing when a cartridge reaches the recommended replacement point. The factory default setting is Stop at out.

the green plug is for sound OUTPUT (to speakers with an amplifier), the blue is for sound pre amp INPUT (like a MP3 player or a any other device like an old 4 track casset WALKMAN player) the pink one is for a MICROPHONE INPUT, the black is for a surround system OUTPUT, and the yellow is for a digital OUTPUT all for a surround 5.1 system, so you have to look closer you will notice some difference in the icons stamp in the back, green has a sound wave symbol with an arrow going outwards the pink one has a sound wave symbol with a MIC symbol, the blue has a sound wave symbol with an arrow going inwards, the black and the yellow has a sound wave symbol with a digital symbol

conclusion... you can use the green OUTPUT to feed to one amplifier, if you want to feed music to multiple amplifiers you need a SOUND MIXER with at least two outputs, you can buy a chap sound mixer for about 20$, go to your local electronic store and EXPLAIN EXACTLY WHAT YOU WANT TO DO and they will sell you exactly what you need...

One or both ink cartridge is failed.First remove the cartridges and clean the contacts on the carriage unit using piece of cotton and some alcohol.If problem persist open the cover and look where the carriage unit stops.There is two marks on the left side where the carriage stops.On the carriage there is a yellow arrow.If this arrow show left mark the color cartridge ia failed and need to be replaced.If the arrow show right mark replace the black cartridge.If you replace both cartridges and problem still persist carriage unit or logic board assembly is failed and your printer need service.

This is a typical cartridge problem.Try clean the contacts on the carriage unit using piece of cotton and some alcohol.If this not help open the printer cover and look when carriage unit stops.On the carriage unit have a yellow arrow.In the left sidе of printer, where the carriage stops have a two icons.If the arrow shows left icon change the color cartridge.If shows right icon change the black cartridge.If this not help there is a problem in carriage unit and your printer need repair.

If internet is not working , then u might have received a CD with when u first got ur system, it has all the drivers that ur looking for.

If u cant find the CD, then contact Dell Technical support, they will send u one free of cost.

Open the cover of the printer, carriage will move out. Upside it you see a yellow arrow showing to on of 5 symbols. Left symbol means empty color cartridge, second symbol means empty black cartridge
