Water not going to ice maker of electrolux icon no power to water inlet valve

If your Electrolux Icon ice maker is not receiving water and there is no power going to the water inlet valve, there are several possible causes:
  1. Faulty water inlet valve: The water inlet valve is responsible for controlling the flow of water into the ice maker. If it's faulty, it may not be opening to allow water to enter the ice maker. You can check the valve for continuity with a multimeter to determine if it's faulty.
  2. Frozen water line: If the water line leading to the ice maker is frozen, it may prevent water from reaching the ice maker. You can thaw the water line by turning off the power to the refrigerator and allowing it to thaw naturally or using a hair dryer to gently thaw the line.
  3. Faulty ice maker: If the ice maker is not sending the signal to the water inlet valve to open, it may be faulty. You can test the ice maker by manually advancing it to see if it completes a cycle and sends the signal to the water inlet valve.
  4. Wiring or control board issue: If there is no power going to the water inlet valve, there may be a wiring issue or a problem with the control board. You can test the wiring for continuity and check the control board for any visible signs of damage or burning.
If you're unsure how to proceed, it's recommended to consult a qualified appliance repair technician to diagnose and repair the issue.

Hitachi 50hyt62u H can I add a removable drive as I have a slot in Back for one, and if so where do I get one

You should be able to buy an external USB drive (or thumb drive) at any electronics store.
You can connect a USB hard disk drive or USB
memory stick to your TV by using the USB inputs of
the TV. This feature allows you to play files stored in
a USB drive. 2.5" and 3.5" inch (hdd with external
power supply) external hard disk drives are supported.
IMPORTANT! You should back up your files before
making any connections to the TV set in order to
avoid any possible data loss. Manufacturer will not
be responsible for any file damage or data loss. It is
possible that certain types of USB devices (e.g. MP3
Players) or USB hard disk drives/memory sticks may
not be compatible with this TV.
Quickly plugging and unplugging USB devices, is a
very hazardous operation. Do not repeatedly quickly
plug and unplug the drive. This may cause physical
damage to the USB player and USB device itself. Do
not pull out USB module while playing a file.
Media Browser Menu
You can play photo, music, and movie files stored
on a USB disk by connecting it to your TV and using
the Media Browser screen. To do this, perform the
following: Connect a USB disk to one of the USB
inputs located on the side of the TV.
You can connect two USB devices to your TV. If both
USB devices include music, picture or video files, USB
selection OSD will be displayed on the screen. The
first USB device connected to the TV will be named
as USB Drive1. Select a device by using up or down arrows
and press OK

Check fuel fill inlet

If the check fuel fill inlet lamp or CHECK FUEL FILL INLET message
comes on, the fuel fill inlet may not have properly closed. The inlet may
have stuck open or debris may be preventing the inlet from fully closing.
At the next opportunity, safely pull off the road, turn off the engine,
open the fuel filler door and remove any visible debris from the fuel fill
opening. Insert either the fuel fill nozzle or the fuel fill funnel (see
Refilling with a portable fuel container for funnel location) provided
with the vehicle several times to dislodge any debris and/or allow the
inlet to close properly. If this action corrects the problem, the check fuel
fill inlet lamp or CHECK FUEL FILL INLET message may not reset
immediately. It may take several driving cycles for the check fuel fill inlet
lamp or CHECK FUEL FILL INLET message to turn off. A driving cycle
consists of an engine start-up (after four or more hours with the engine
off) followed by city/highway driving. Continuing to drive with the check
fuel fill inlet lamp or CHECK FUEL FILL INLET message on may cause
the service engine soon lamp to turn on as well.
WARNING: The fuel system may be under pressure. If you hear
a hissing sound near the fuel filler door (Easy Fuel "no cap"
fuel system), do not refuel until the sound stops. Otherwise, fuel may
spray out, which could cause serious personal injury.

What voltage is required for the power inlet port or is the USB cable enough?

The 2.5 inch external drive (laptop drive) does not require separate power supply because USB cable can supply enough power for this drive. The 3.5 inch external drive (desktop hard drive) requires separate power supply and it depends on the model.

Replacement of the Cover Inlet plate inside the microwave, this is part # 8184604. I have the part, I just need to know what to do to replace it. Thanks,

Hi

To locate the inlet cover, look towards the interior side of the microwave next to the microwave display. The inlet is typically located near the back of the microwave, in the middle of the wall.
Unplug your microwave from the electrical outlet and remove any food or containers.

Wipe the inlet cover, typically located on the right side of the microwave in the middle of the wall, with a damp cloth. The cover must be kept clean or it will not protect the microwave.

Dry the inlet cover with a soft towel.

Leave the microwave door open for several hours to air out the inlet cover.

Examine the inlet cover for wear and tear. If the cover has too much damage in the form of scratches or holes, it may need replacement.

Remove the inlet cover, if desired. Insert a putty knife under the plastic nail that holds the inlet cover in place. Pry out the nails and set them aside. Pull out the micro plate in front of the inlet and set it aside. Remove the inlet plate.

Install a new inlet plate. Slide the new inlet cover into its place. Replace the nails back into the side of the microwave by aligning them with the holes of the side.

Samsung LA40C530 LCD USB limit

I have tested the LA40C530 Samsung with a 300GB external hard disk and it works well without any issue. My guess is that it should support 500GB as well. I have played video/music/pictures on my WD 300GB HDD.
