Its a Cisternless ceramic toilet with built-in Macerator Pump.So the water pressure should not make much of a difference as most of the job is done by the pump Regards. plz. Don't forget to rate my suggestion.
This problem occurs when the flush button is damp after cleaning the whole toilet with a shower. Solution: Wait till it dries up 2) if you have installed a main switch put it on and at the same time press the flush button.
The manual http://www.saniflo.co.uk/pdf/install/Sanicompact.pdf shows that the lid and seat is of an elongated design and I think that you would need to get a direct replacement instead of trying to fit a standard seat/lid combo as a replacement. A normal seat/lid may line up with the fixing holes, but would probably not be the same elongated design.
You should be able to get a direct replacement from your plumbers merchant (may need to order), or from Saniflo directly http://www.saniflo.co.uk/
If this helps please leave feedback, if not let me know and I'll try and help some more!
