If you really did nothing wrong, you might be able to appeal it. But check out these pages on Disabled Facebook accounts, why it happens, and what to do about it. That should give you some direction.
Facebook
can block or disable an account even if without notification from the
user, if they suspected that an account is phished and there is unusual
activity like sending emails in a large group of people, then, they
will disable your account immediately.

But don't worry i will help you with this.
I had the same problem, not being able to get to my profile using Firefox. I fixed it by going to Tools --> Options --> Content --> Block pop-up windows: Exceptions --> enter www.facebook.com and hit Allow. Then you will be fine.
Hi there, I've just answered this for someone else, so this is a direct copy of what I told them:- I managed to find the help page on Facebook that deals with this type of problem. If you follow the link (no other way of getting the information to you), then you'll find yourself at a Facebook page, asking for information. I HAVE NOT followed it any further than find this page, so I'm not sure what happens next.
JUST to confirm:- 1, You did not contravene the rules on Facebook regarding adult / violent material (and did not receive warnings about that) - they will disable accounts because of certain behaviour. 2, You did not suffer with your account being hacked into either?
At the bottom of that window it says:- "Submit this contact form ONLY if your account was disabled for violating Facebook's Statement of Rights and Responsibilities. If you cannot access your account for a different reason, please see the Help Center to find the appropriate contact channel." Although the previous window said:-
If you have not posted violating content or otherwise violated the Statement of Rights and Responsibilities, click here.
I hope the system on Facebook will let you get your page back.
Send an email to [email protected] and ask them what you did wrong if you don't know. If you do know, explain to them you are willing to take down any violating content and ask them to reactivate your account. You might also want to CC in your email [email protected] and [email protected]
You can normally get your account back this way in less than one week.
