Hi Catherine Coulton, I want to help you with your question, but I need more information from you. Can you please add details in the comment box? Have you setup basic connection information in the wireless setup screen?

Hi Robert Hunt., Thank you for answering me. I am not very good with technology I am self taught. I assume you mean where the tablet has picked up my Sky router wireless name, it has that but not the passcode, and I cannot see how to enter it.It is telling me authentication problem. I press this then get a box telling me signal strength excellent and security wpa/wpa2 psk. I press connect and get saved with security wpa/wpa2. Then it goes back to authentication problem. I cannot see where to put any information in.It is a Hannspree SN1AT748. Hope you understand all of this.

You should be able to find "WI-FI Connections", select it. Next, select the router from the list that will be displayed. Now, you should be prompted to enter the password. I assume you know the password to your router. If not, look on the router itself for the code. You may find different codes on the router, try each one until you find the one that works. Otherwise, look at your instructions for any clues. Good luck.

How do I connect to my wifi

Hi
To connect to a WiFi system, you may need 3 pieces of information:
A username
A password
An encryption key
Once you have successfully linked to a WiFi access point then your tablet will remember the settings until told to forget them.
A lot of the time you may only need the encryption key, and if the tablet detects a WiFi access point then if you tap on that in wireless settings then it will either connect automatically or ask you for some sort of code - the encryption key. If this is not entered correctly then it will return an authentication problem/error. In order to connect you have to have this code.
Cheers

Why does my tablet keep saying authication problems when trying to connect to wifi and why did my wifi bar from top of screen dissappear

Make sure your wifi is turned on and check to see if you've entered the correct authentication key.. If so, check your wifi and make sure it's not blocking your device from access privileges.. This sometimes happens and you simply need to grant your device access again.. good luck with it...

Error 7 when i try sky go movies

according to the sky help forums at http://helpforum.sky.com/t5/Using-Sky-Go/Sky-Go-Errors-5-7-amp-9-on-iPhone-iPad-amp-iPod-touch/td-p/208239/page/4

Try the following steps to resolve this issue:
  1. Locate the Sky Go app on your Mobile device.
  2. Hold down the icon until the app wobbles (You will see a White Circle with a Black Cross symbol, press on the cross to remove the app)
  3. You will then be asked to confirm you wish to delete the app - Press Delete the Sky Go App will then be removed
  4. Go back to the App Store and reinstall the Sky Go App. This can be found by searching for BSKYB
  5. Access the Sky Go app again and you should be able to view content after you sign back in using your Sky ID & password.
Hope this helps
