I need help getting my interior lights to turn back on in my 1999 Buick Park avenue they won't come on with the door or by the switch????

According to a post on 2CarPros, the issue could be due to a blown batt2 maxi fuse under the hood 1. Here are the steps you can follow to check for power:

Locate the batt2 maxi fuse under the hood.
Use a test light or circuit tester to check for power.
If there is no power, replace the fuse. Interior Lights and Trunk Release Switch Are Not Working (2carpros.com)
If this doesn't solve the issue, it's best to take your car to a certified mechanic for further inspection.

I cant find a fuse on a VE holden Commodore 2009

The fuse box on a 2009 Holden Commodore VE is typically located in one of two places:

Under the hood: The fuse box is usually located on the driver's side of the vehicle, near the firewall. It is a rectangular box with a black or gray plastic cover. You may need to lift the hood to access the fuse box.

Inside the vehicle: On some models, the fuse box is located on the driver's side, under the dashboard. It is usually located to the left of the steering wheel, near the driver's door.

To find the specific fuse that you are looking for, you will need to consult the owner's manual for your vehicle. This will provide a diagram of the fuse box, as well as a list of the fuses and their functions. The manual should also provide instructions on how to check and replace a fuse if necessary.

If you are having difficulty finding the fuse box or identifying the correct fuse, it is recommended that you seek the assistance of a professional mechanic. They will have the experience and knowledge to help you locate the fuse and make any necessary repairs.

I have a 2000 Mercury Sable wagon the air conditioner, radio antenna, dash lights and windows do not work. all went out at the same time. what is the problem? could it be a fuse or breaker?

Those are all different circuits, all unrelated, so it definitely is not a circuit breaker which is common to stand-alone circuits, like the power windows which does use a circuit breaker.
I believe it could be a maxi-fuse, one of those large fuses underneath the hood, which act as power distributors going out to many individual circuits. Your ignition switch has one or two of these maxi-fuses that distribute power through the ignition switch. And I believe there may be a maxi-fuse that sends power to the fuse panel.
So check all your fuses under the hood. Pay particular attention to the maxi-fuses. Beyond that, I don't know. A voltmeter or test light would be helpful to check for power at the fuse panel where all the fuses for your inoperable systems are located. With key in the ON position, all the fuses in your fuse panel should have power going to them. The fuse panel is where the fuses for those systems are located, including the circuit breaker for the power windows.

Polarity was reversed when jump starting vehicle installed new battery & no power to anything mechanic said fuse got blown. What fuse, where it is located & cost of it.

Hard to say without make, year, and model-but check all fuses in the power distribution box under the hood- ignition, alternator fuse, etc.-all of them, the small ones and the maxi-fuses. All fuses are pretty cheap. If you still have nothing, you may need a wiring diagram to check for fusible links that would be power distributors right off or near the battery. Fusible links work much like a fuse, and most have been replaced by maxi-fuses, but many vehicles have both. If there is a designated main fuse, it should be in the distribution block or box under the hood.

93 new yorker salon 3.3 was just sitting at idle car stalled so i wnet to start it up and it ran for like 5 seconds and stalled again now it just turns over i was not getting spark injector pulse or power...

You need to check all the fuses in the power distribution box near the battery. Look for a large maxi-fuse that has blown. If your car has fusible links rather than maxi-fuses, they should be checked also. The ecm will also have a fuse for power to it, not a large fuse, but it may be in the box by the battery, or it may also be in the fuse panel under the dash. Something has shut down major portions of your electrical system. It sounds like the ecm is not getting power, or possibly the ground for the ecm is lost. That ground is often located somewhere on top of the engine. Good luck.

After trying to figure out my BeCM shorts over several weekends, I reluctantly took my Range Rover to the dealer...After not being able to diagnose/troubleshoot anything, they presented me with an estimate...

Hi bikerbri3237,

It sounds pretty cut-and dry to me. The #5 maxi fuse in the engine compartment fuse block feeds the power to the BECM fuses (7, 8, 9, 30, 22) under the passenger seat. There should be no voltage drop from one side of the fuse to the other. If one side of the fuse reads 12.5V then the other side should also read 12.5V. If you check the voltage at the BECM fuses, you will also find that they also only have 8 volts. This is why everything is going haywire - LOW VOLTAGE.

Although you are not finding any blown fuses, there is a serious voltage drop. If you are getting this voltage drop from one side of the maxi fuse to the other, then there is only ONE place the problem could be located.....AT THE MAXI FUSE.

The fuse itself could have burned terminals or the terminals in the fuse block where the maxi fuse plugs in are damaged and/or loose. You may have to do some fuse block dissassembly to fix it, or you may get by with just plugging in a new fuse. You may have to replace a terminal in the fuse block or you may get by with cleaning up the terminals up and tightening them. I am sure that if you fix the voltage drop at the maxi fuse, the power will return to your BECM fuses.
