The site has set-up code list & set-up procedure to many popular brand remote controls. The site has general set-up codes to check with TVs and other devices are given, in the order of the 'device's brand name list' in alphabetical order. Set-up code list to many brand remote controls also is given. Pull up older posts. Search the sites by type in the brand name to your device in its search box at the top right part of the display window. Most of the ALBA equipment uses a default of 8's, and some people have reported that 1's are their default code. I have an STB300HD that's just been brought to me for checking, the default code for that model is 8888. Another one I had looked at/repaired last month, i cant remember the model but it was still an ALBA, had 888888 as its code. As far as I am aware, you can type the wrong code as many times as you like, i'd tried over 10 codes on the STB300HD before finding the correct one and it never gave any warnings or total lock-outs. :) Good luck.

Unless you are on freeview through a Freeview digital box and using an aerial OR a satalite digital box fed by a satalite dish there is no way you can receive programs.
Thanks to BBC we no longer can get a decent connection unless we have a freesat box and new satalite dishes with more than one output cable. All this costs money and not a good service. I dare say they think we are all on their type of inflated salaries paid for by the tax payer. In short what ever you do it will entail the purchase of all new equipment.

there are no coides published for ALBA TV ,try Pressing SET (&hold)and (1) key ,indicator will flash eg. 4 times for Digit 4 etc,repeat this step ,with (2)key for the 2nd digit and (3) key for 3rd digit,good luck
