Hi until you're WiFi problem is solved u can't access Google play ...try another WiFi to check if it's the tablet at fault or WiFi....cheers

Tablets do not normally have cellular data access. There are two common ways to obtain it. One is to obtain a compatible "aircard" from your cellular carrier, which will allow the tablet to access the call towers on your data allowance. The second way, and the most common, is to have a cell phone that can act as a wifi "hotspot". You set the cell phone to use data rather than wifi, but the tablet links to the cell phone via the wifi hotspot and uses the cell phone as the data link to the carrier. The tablet therefore doesn't know the difference between regular wifi and the cell phone hotspot.

If your WiFi is ON then the station ID should be showing when you look for a wifi signal with your tablet.
You should configure the Access Point with a new password and then attempt to log in with that new password.
You may need to uninstall the driver for the wifi on your tablet and re-install it using a new driver.

Does your settings menu offer join networks?

When you have a wifi tablet you need to find a wifi access point. Som are free like a coffee shop others are $. Most have a password requirement. That is what WPS prompt is. Who ever owns that wifi access point does not want freeloaders only those folks that know the password. Find a free wifi and you should get on the internet just fine.

Make sure your wifi is turned on and check to see if you've entered the correct authentication key.. If so, check your wifi and make sure it's not blocking your device from access privileges.. This sometimes happens and you simply need to grant your device access again.. good luck with it...

This looks to be a WiFi only tablet. Do you have a WiFi access point to connect to or have a free one somewhere like WalMart/MickyDs etc. You then need to make sure your WiFi is turned on your tablet and then connect to the access point. Once connected you can use a browser to access the internet.

Have you tried mutiple wifi sources to verify its the tablet or just your home wifi, reinstall the wifi drivers if possible....

Have you checked that the tablet's ip address is not being blocked by your router or if you need to grant the ip address access

Are you connected to a WiFI network? You'll need to be in order to access the internet. Some WiFI networks (in hotels, often) allow you to connect but not use the connection unless you pay a fee.
